I enjoyed this interview because Silbermann was able to get a meeting with a VC by entering a Business Plan competition. Students often don't see the relevance in taking the time to write a BP so this is a great example of the benefits of writing one. Silbermann also talks about early stage funding as well as creating and developing a culture as his business grew.
